本地再现天价咖啡店！实龙岗中心一家名为“萬金”的咖啡店，将以4050万元高价出售，买家是大路美食集团的老板。
本报取得的土地管理局文件显示，这家咖啡店位于实龙岗中通道（Serangoon Central Drive）第261座组屋楼下，仍有约65年的剩余租约。买家是在今年9月申请房地产转售禁令（caveat）。买家申请房地产转售禁令是为了防止相关房地产进行其他交易，以保护自己的权益。
根据文件，这间咖啡店的面积为390平方米，也就是约4198平方英尺。因此，这宗交易的平均尺价高达9647元，是目前已知的咖啡店转售交易中，尺价最高的。
根据记者取得的文件，豪掷4050万元买下“萬金”咖啡店的买家，是一家名为“AMK Food Court”的私人有限公司。这家公司的两位董事是陈图清和陈图茂，两人正是大路（Broadway）美食集团的老板，大路也是“AMK Food Court”的股东，两家公司的地址也相同。(报道：齐鲁、何智圆）（摄影：何智圆）
