Retail outlets over 4 floors (levels B1 - L3) feature, alongside an outdoor water park and community plaza. The usual suspects can be found there: BreadTalk, 7-11, NTUC FairPrice, Daiso, Guardian Pharmacy, McDonald's and KFC. Interesting additions include A&W, Tampines Optical and GymmBoxx.

Slightly OT, there's a grocery retailer inaptly named Ang Mo Kio Supermarket located at EastWave @ Canberra, just 5 min away on foot.

Looks better than Yew Tee. Back in the day 'Canberra' was nothing more than a backwater buffer zone between Sembawang and Yishun. Many NS slaves who had taken train rides on the North-South Line can attest to this. If once-dead-as-hell Khatib can flourish, why not Canberra?
Yet another cookie-cutter mall has popped up. *YAWNZ*
