NTUC Fairprice, Burger King, Coffee bean & Tea leaf, Collin's, Killiney......etc, pretty much all the usual suspects feature. Unless you live in the vicinity I'd say don't waste your time making a special trip down here.
Folks always throng new shopping venues out of sheer curiosity, when the hype dies down I wonder how many of the shops will be able to survive long term given the foreseeably reduced footfall coupled with sky high rents.

Seems like Koo Kee is expanding rather aggressively these days, it wasn't too long ago when it opened an outlet at NEX if I remembered correctly
