Hmmm they weren't too cloyingly sweet, though texture wise they felt a tad dense/dry and could have been spongier. All in all, I very much preferred the yam version over the pistachio one

It is sweet yes, but not to the extent of being diabetically saccharine. If anything, it leans more towards hawthorny refreshing, if you get my drift :)

Brera churns out one of the better quality pastries in SG, personally I adore its chocolate cookie chips and assorted danishes quite a fair bit.

The accompanying roti slices for dipping in the curry appear kinda burnt....

I still prefer my CKT with beansprouts, like the one sold by Meng Kee at Havelock Road FC
