New Delhi: The Delhi Police will file an FIR against Greta Thunberg accusing her of conspiracy for her tweets on farmers' protest.
Greta has been accused of creating disharmony and for being a part of a larger conspiracy. The agenda was exposed after she accidentally shared the propaganda tool kit which included campaign strategy for holding protests across the world over India’s farm laws.
Thunberg and pop star Rihanna are among several people from the international community who have come out in support of the farmers' protest against the Centre's new agriculture laws.
Delhi Police to slap conspiracy charges against Greta Thunberg
“We stand in solidarity with the #FarmersProtest in India,” Thunberg had tweeted on Tuesday.
Tagging a CNN news report headlined: “India cuts internet around New Delhi as protesting farmers clash with police” she also shared “a toolkit for those who want to help”.
“Here's a toolkit if you want to help,” tweeted Thunberg. The tool kit takes the user to a document which contains several strategies to support the protest.
In the document, various actions, including creating a Twitter storm and protesting outside Indian embassies and local government offices, were listed.
The document also stated that campaign material and social media template for the farmers’ agitation had been created by Poetic Justice Foundation.
Canada's Poetic Justice Foundation behind global protests against farm laws
The Canada-based organization is behind the global protest against the farm laws and its website indicates that Khalistanis are running and funding the campaign.
PJF has made several objectionable statements on Citizen Amendment Act, 2019, India's handling of COVID-19 and caste oppression in the country.
From creating a false impression of India under the Narendra Modi-led BJP government to instigating Indians to rebel against a democratically elected government, PJF has spun a false web of lies and deceit to trap the people and the Sikh diaspora into believing that farm laws will destroy the future of farmers.
Indian Activist Arrested for Sharing Document That Supports Farmer Protests
Bangalore woman allegedly disseminated an online tool kit that was originally posted by campaigner Greta Thunberg
NEW DELHI—Indian police arrested a Bangalore woman for allegedly helping activist Greta Thunberg for what they are calling a possible “criminal conspiracy” to support the months long farmer protests in India.
Indian authorities said the woman shared an online tool kit, which Ms. Thunberg initially posted on Twitter, that describes ways people can help and bring attention to the Indian farmers, who are demanding the repeal of new farm laws.
Tens of thousands of farmers have been camped on roads around New Delhi since November. They say the new agricultural laws remove much-needed government support for poor farmers. The government says the laws will help farmers and consumers by modernizing and streamlining the agricultural supply chain.
An environmental activist named Disha Ravi was arrested in the southern city of Bangalore on Saturday. A local court decided Sunday that the woman, in her early 20s, could be held for five days in police custody for questioning about her part in the creation and dissemination of the tool kit.
