CNA is clearly complicit in another PAP scam because oil prices should have been delinked from electricity tariff since years ago.

According to EMA, 95% of Singapore’s electricity was generated using natural gas in 2016.

While the price of oil (WTI) has more than doubled to currently about 35% off its 2014 high,

… natural gas price has increased at a much slower rate and is still 50% off its 2014 high.

In fact, it is unchanged from one year ago!

So why is PAP still justifying electricity tariff increase with increase in oil price instead of natural gas?

 Why does the PAP treat Singaporeans as goondus?  :(
