3. It is of paramount importance that the content displayed on your web pages are strictly either of original creation or derivatives from expressly permitted sources.  Anything falling short of respecting such copyright standards, we can't let you through the door.

4. Any business listing featured in our directory found to be knowingly in breach of legal parameters and/or compliance rules stipulated within the jurisdiction it operates in will be terminated with immediate effect. Put it simply, break the law and we will toss your ass out the window.

5. Prolific Skins, to the best of its ability, seeks to represent every business accurately and without bias. That said, we shall not be held liable in any form or manner (both legal and otherwise) should hazardous/erroneous interpretations arise as a consequence of our profile construction efforts.
